The song, “Tell Me Your Name” by Filipino-American Recording Artist Thomas Orlina is being considered for the 67th annual GRAMMYs® for the “Best Dance Pop Recording” category.

Thomas is a Los Angeles-based singer, songwriter, and producer who advocates for mental health and uses his voice through music to amplify social issues, AAPI cultural representation, and diversity.

His goal musically is to create pop dance music with a purpose. His work has been featured numerous times in Forbes, and on the LGBTQIA+ media brand GLAAD to highlight various social causes including World Teen Mental Wellness Day.

Over the years, Thomas has used his platform to inspire others and make a positive impact on his audience.

Through facing adversity challenges, bullying, and hate as a minority, obtaining a nomination this year would be one step closer to opening opportunities for other queer artists and people in the AAPI community.

Thomas Orlina is one of the first openly gay Filipino-American solo male pop artists submitted for this category. For this song, Thomas teamed up with music company, Melt Music and rising star, 21-year-old, songwriter, Christopher Bugna.

Thank you for your consideration when voting begins on October 4th for Thomas Orlina’s song, “Tell Me Your Name” for the “Best Dance Pop Recording” category.
