PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA

I love coming to Palm Springs.

Since 2014, It’s become an annual tradition for my friends and I to rent a vacation home and celebrate my birthday weekend.

We bring all of our favorite food, snacks, drinks and pool floats. Having a vacation home is perfect to just unwind, play music, go swimming, throw gatherings and soak in the summer heat.

I recommend booking in advance for these vacation homes because prices increase as time comes closer.

If you plan to rent a private home, be sure to bring a lot of food with you, water, drinks and decorations to add that extra touch to your event.

The Saguaro, Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and Hunters are my recommendations to visit.

Places to eat: Sandfish by Engin Onural, Roly China Fusion, Birba Palm Springs

Las Vegas, Nevada

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA

Truly Las Vegas is a second home to me.

I’ve been going to Vegas since I was 2 years old and I feel like I know the city pretty well. My oldest sister lived their for nearly 20 years and I have fond memories there.

I’m heading to Las Vegas this July for a family reunion with my relatives from Florida. We are staying at Caesars Palace, one of my favorite resorts on the strip. Their pool is stunning and they always play the best music.

I’m a big fan of the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars. If you’re looking for a place to eat all kinds of cuisine from Mexican, Italian to Asian, this is the place to check out.

The LINQ Promenade has tons of shops, bars, and entertainment to take up most of your day. While you’re there, visit The High Roller Observation Wheel to see the Vegas skyline. When you purchase tickets, look into the all you can drink option if you’re a drinker. The wheel takes about half an hour to go around.

The Fremont Experience in Downtown is another gem to visit. The Slotzilla zip-lining experience is a must if you’re in the mood for a thrill.

Looking forward to sharing some videos and photos from my trip this summer.

The Fountains of Bellagio, The Shops At Crystals and Marquee Nightclub are my recommendations to visit.

Los Angeles, CA

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA

So Los Angeles is my actual home.

I’ve lived here my entire life and to this day I’m still in love with this city. I grew up in a small town called Highland Park and went to high school in the town right next to it called Eagle Rock. Both of these towns offer a suburb feel and have great coffee shops and bars to check out.

Currently I reside in the heart of Hollywood which is walking distance to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. This is the best place to take photos with your favorite Hollywood stars and feel the true essence of stardom. It’s the home of where The Oscars and many Hollywood movie premieres and events take place.

In my neighborhood, driving beside an A-list celebrity is a common thing and you are bound to run into someone you’ve seen either on television, in the movies or on social media.

There is so much to do out here I know you will have the best time. I think staying out here for 2 weeks is a good amount of time to get around and enjoy the scenery.

Some of my favorite pockets that I’d suggest you visit are the Griffith Park Observatory, L.A Live, Rodeo Drive, Santa Monica Pier, Runyon Canyon, Venice Beach, The Getty Villa in Malibu, and The Hollywood Sign.

The OUE Skyspace, Echo Park Lake and the bars in West Hollywood like The Abbey, PUMP owned by Bravo TV star Lisa Vanderpump and Fiesta Cantina are my recommendations to visit.

New York.jpg

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK

There is no place like New York!

If I had to move somewhere else in the United States, I would live here. There’s something about the excitement and entertainment that I’m attracted to. I would come home after school and watch MTV’s show Total Request Live and be so fascinated at how cool it looked on television.

New York is home to The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Broadway and has iconic skyscrapers like the Rockefeller Center and the Empire State Building that I’ve visited that are sure to be a memorable experience for you.

One of my favorite things to do while I’m there is checkout the lights in Times Square. This is the part of the city where the ball drops at midnight during New Year.

There is so much history here. Places I’ve been for you to checkout are the Brooklyn Bridge in Brooklyn, the Statue of Liberty on Ellis Island, Coney Island and I suggest grabbing yourself a hot dog or pizza and a rent a bicycle in Central Park.

My dream one day is to watch the US Open tennis event at Arthur Ashe Stadium.

Transportation around here is typically through car services like Uber and Lyft, taxi or the subway. I would suggest to get a MetroCard that last the entire day so you don’t have to keep reactivating it.

Going on the New York Double Decker Bus Tour and visiting fun local neighborhoods like SoHo and the Lower East Side are my recommendations to visit.

Places to eat: Serafina, NoMo-Kitchen, Le Cirque

Visiting Washington, D.C was a very educational vacation.

I went here with my parents, sister and I learned a lot about US history.

There are so many great places to visit here that I cannot wait till I I visit again.. I remember being a kid and watching it on television during all of the presidential inaugurations.

We stayed at the Hamilton Hotel Washington DC which is in the heart of the district.

While you’re here, I’d recommend bringing a jacket. The temperatures here are often cold and sometimes windy.

There’s so many places to visit but I suggest stopping by The NAS Building, The Thomas Jefferson Memorial and The Portofino Restaurant for some delicious Italian cuisine.

The Washington Monument, The White House and the Lincoln Memorial are my recommendations to visit.

SARASOTA, FLORIDA

There’s something really special about Sarasota.

I’m not just saying that because relatives live there but the fact that it’s so unique and beautiful. The drive around town will leave you wanting to come back. It’s honestly one of the most underrated cities in Florida. I’ve been a few times and every time I visit I get this vibrant exciting feeling.

5-time Grand Slam tennis champion Maria Sharapova lives here.

The water is absolutely stunning. I went with my best friends last year and we were on the beach watching the sunset go down. It was great.

There are many places to shop like at St. Armands Circle and The Mall at University Town Center.

Miami Beach, Florida

MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA

If you’re looking to feel sexy and drink your life away, Miami Beach is the place to be.

Last spring I traveled down there with my best friends and we had the best time. The diversity is incredible here. People of all walks of life and from all around the world flock to Miami Beach to relax and hangout.

Hotels are pretty affordable if you book ahead of time. I would try to book your trip at least 3 months in advance but be sure you look at the calendar because holidays like the fourth of July or Labor Day are sure to be more expensive.

Hotels like the Avalon are great to book at. When I’m in Miami Beach, I love walking around Ocean Drive. There are so many great restaurants like Corona Cafe and News Cafe that are delicious.

There are also places you can book tours. One time I got on a tour bus that took my family and I to Key West Florida. They make the tour very accessible so that you’re back in time for dinner.

The bars in Miami Beach are next level. Places like Mango’s Tropical Cafe and Palace Bar are a must to visit for a cocktail.

If you want to get an inside look into Miami Beach, checkout my vlog I filmed on my YouTube channel here.

The Villa Casa Casuarina formerly known as the Versace Mansion, Twist and the Mandarin Oriental are my recommendations to visit.

There is something about Sedona that will have you wanting to come back for more.

I went to visit during the summer for a wedding and let me tell you, I can’t wait to come back. If you’re into the outdoors and going hiking this is the place for you.

My family and I originally flew out to Phoenix and rented a car to Sedona.

What I enjoyed the most was the nature aspect of it all. The iconic mountains make you feel like you’re straight up in a postcard.

L’Auberge de Sedona is where we stayed.

Expect very high temperatures when visiting.

The Slide Rock State Park, Cathedral Rock Trail and Oak Creek Canyon are my recommendations to visit.

VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA

There are so many fun things to see in Virginia Beach.

My relatives live in Norfolk and I remember this place very vividly.

One thing I love about Virginia is the homes. My aunt lives in a beautiful victorian home that looks similar to those at the theme park backlots like Universal Studios Hollywood.

The weather here can be a wildcard. I would suggest bringing a variety of things from light jackets to swimwear to be on the safe side.

I really enjoyed the strolling around the beach and found that the people here are very welcoming and friendly.

The Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, Town Center and First Landing State Park are my recommendations to visit.

Oahu, Hawaii

OAHU, HAWAII

Oahu is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been.

If you’ve never been to Hawaii, I would recommend starting here first. There are plenty of tourist so the streets are usually packed but it’s part of the essence of Honolulu. The very first time I went I was 5 years old and those memories still stand out to this day. My family lives out there and I always have the best time when I visit.

They live in Waipahu a town in Oahu. What I love about this place is how laid back and relaxed the people are. They are incredibly friendly and welcoming everywhere you go.

When booking, try to see if you can book your hotel with a package that includes complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner so you don’t have to worry about pulling out money or cards.

Going to a Luau is a must. It’s a Hawaiian tradition and an experience you are going to remember forever. The one I went to was called the Paradise Cove.

Some of my favorite places to visit are the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet & Marketplace, Ala Moana Center and International Market Place.

The weather here is great, even when it does rain, don’t expect it to last very long as the temperatures are very humid.

The Pearl Harbor National Museum, Waimea Bay and North Shore are my recommendations to visit.

Maui, Hawaii

MAUI, HAWAII

Visiting Maui was such a cool experience.

Hawaii has so many great islands to visit especially Maui, I visited two years ago and rather than staying at a hotel I was able to stay at my friends house in Haiku.

When booking your flight, try to definitely book in advance for the best deals.

Bring enough swim suits because you’ll be spending a lot of the time at the beach.

There’s a sense of community in Maui that I loved. I really took notice how welcoming everyone was and the drive around the island was breathtaking. The water is unreal and so crisp.

I loved eating the fresh poke and highly suggest you try some while you visit.

While I was here, I was able to visit the Maui Tropical Plantation and Twin Falls.

Luau’s are a must when you come to Hawaii so be sure to book your reservation. The one I visited was called Old Lahania Luau. The entertainment was magical and the food was delicious.

While you’re here, visit the road to Hana.

Boracay, Philippines

BORACAY, PHILIPPINES

Visiting the Boracay was an amazing experience.

Boracay remains on the list of the world’s best beaches by Conde Nast Traveler.

This island is absolutely stunning. I had flown out to the Philippines to visit my family in Manila and we had planned to fly out to Boracay. This trip was my first time visiting Asia.

One thing I really loved about Boracay were all the cool palm trees and was how it had a very tropical mood as soon as you land at the airport.

While I was here, I stayed at the Patio Pacific Boracay, a cute boutique hotel near the beach. What was so great about it was the location. The island is all walking distance and they have different stations which separate areas of the land. I was located in Station 2.

Transportation that people rely on are the tricycles which are very inexpensive. I definitely enjoyed riding them and the people were all very nice.

This island definitely is jam packed with plenty of tourist.

One thing I suggest you do while visiting Boracay is booking yourself a boat tour. It’s very organized, easy and super affordable.

They typically come in packages. For example a boat tour that includes, food, touring of the different places and snorkeling was under 30 dollars.

If you want to get an inside look into Maui, checkout my vlog I filmed on my YouTube channel here.

The Boracay Island Tour, White Beach and Jollibee are my recommendations to visit.

Places to eat: Mama’s Fish House, Hoy Panga Boracay, 8 By The Beach

Coron Palawan, Philippines

CORON PALAWAN, PHILIPPINES

One of the places to visit while you’re in the Philippines is Coron, Palawan.

After I had returned back from Boracay we stayed in Manila for one night and it was back to the airport to visit this breathtaking island.

We flew on a private jet which was such a great experience. I love the feeling of the privacy of not having to many passengers on the plane and getting on and off the jet was much easier.

Unlike Boracay, I found that this island had a more laid back type of energy.

I enjoyed the slower paced vibe. One thing that stood out to me the most is how clear the water was. As you can tell by the photo, the color of the island water has a very distinct blue aqua color.

We stayed at the Darayonan Lodge. I loved the pool, bar area and the restaurant was very tasty. If you’re looking for an affordable stay, this is the place to book.

While you’re there, I suggest looking into island hopping.

While I was there I purchased a ticket that took you around various surrounding islands. One of my favorites was the Coron Island pictured in the description along with the Twin Lagoon.

There’s a lot of history here and you are guaranteed to have a great time.

If you want to get an inside look into Maui, checkout my vlog I filmed on my YouTube channel here.

Cancun Mexico

CANCUN, MEXICO

Visiting Cancun was one vacation I will never forget.

I had the best time visiting one of the most exotic places in the world. This vacation I went with a very fun group who loved to drink.

One of the standouts for me was the all inclusive resort experience. When you plan your vacation, I highly suggest making sure your trip has that package included.

What’s great about the all inclusive experience is that you don’t have to worry about pulling out cash or cards at bars, restaurants or shops.

The weather was humid but even days when it rained, it wasn’t that bad. Be prepared to have a lot of fun, have lots of sunscreen to layout in the sun and have delicious margaritas by the pool.

I stayed at the Grand Oasis Cancun.

The Xel-Ha, San Miguelito and the Cancun Sign are my recommendations to visit.
