This Time Music Video

“This Time, I Know I Got It This Time, Nobody’s Gonna Stop Me, I’m Out Living My Life”

My new short film, "This Time" was directed by Sophie Peineke.

In honor of World Teen Mental Wellness Day, I wanted to bring to the forefront the importance of mental health and aim to leave an impact on my audience on a personal level.

I wrote the pop rock song, "This Time" after a stint in therapy for mental health issues.

This song and visual are meant to relate to the average person navigating the up and down challenges of life and normalizing seeking professional help when you need it.

For this mental health project, I wanted to drive the idea of overcoming your past traumas and finding the strength to move forward.

The story in the film takes you on an incredibly emotional journey of rejection, depression, alcoholism, and battling the challenges of mental health.

Share this video with someone who needs to find peace in their heart to forgive themself and move in the direction of healing and starting over.
